You can get an annulment in the Philippines which allows both parties to then marry again if so desired.

Yep but most people there can’t afford the $5000 to $10,000 and it takes 18 months to get. Money and patience usually runs out first. 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

No doubt, Where $4,000 US Dollars is the average yearly salary, I don't see alot of this being self payed, unless some Forgiener wants to pay the bill.
