Hi, we are filing I-130 petition and in one of the questions, it is asking "At which USCIS office will the beneficiary apply for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident?" We are filing in Oregon and are not sure which USCIS location to choose here. If anyone can please help or guide on which USCIS location to apply to and mail all our documents, that would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

This warning explains that you only have to fill this out in case your spouse is in the US and you are applying for an adjustment of status.

Is your spouse in the US or outside of the US?

We both are in Oregon, USA. Not sure which office to choose for this question, they do Have USCIS office in Portland, OR, but I’m not not sure if they are looking for the USCIS office where we will send docs,  like Nebraska or Texas or California.

Just to confirm. You are your partner are BOTH in the US and you intend to file for adjustment.

You do not want the beneficiary to interview in India?

If that is the case: I believe you can use this page and put in your zip code to locate your field office.

You do not choose a USCIS Service Center.  That question is asking about a LOCAL office.
