Been 28 days since USCIS received our packet.. no updates yet if our biometrics will be waived or otherwise ( we did biometrics with our AOS so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will be waived this time- saves me some vacation time lol) .. I will follow Sarge’s advise and wait for 30-60 days before making any inquiries..

what’s your service center?

My case is in Potomac, filed on Aug 9 - no updates since case received.

I followed Sarge’s suggestion and filed an inquiry two weeks ago (Sept 8.) and no movement yet.

Nope, nothing! 😩 Still shows “case received” and the “Next steps” section says:

As of September 8, 2022, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number xxxxxxxxx, is currently not assigned for processing.

They have not assigned someone  to work your inquiry! You'll  have to continue to wait a bit!

They are supposed to get back to me within 30 days, if I don’t hear anything back, I can submit another request or call USCIS customer service. I’ll tag you once I have an update!

No updates on my case either. I submitted a case inquiry on Sept 8 and nothing. If I don’t hear back by the 8th I’ll be able to submit another inquiry (it won’t let you do it if you have an open one for less than 30 days).
