Hello!  Yes, I am! Packet is 99% ready.  Our window opens on 09/09, but we will mail it on 09/12.  If we mail it Friday, we don’t want it to be stuck somewhere over the weekend.  Also, we wanted to give it a few days so they don’t accidentally say we were “early”.  You just never know!

Just a tip for those of you waiting for a bio metrics wavier or a bio metrics appointment and it has been 30 to 60 days since you have received your NOA try submitting an e-request of Non Delivery of Notice. I had not gotten any word on my bio metrics for over 60 days. I sent in a e-request and low and behold got a reply via email in a few days and the bio metrics wavier a few days after that in the mail. Sometimes this will jog things loose there at USCIS, its worth a shot. Here is the link:

Yes, our packet was received and assigned to MSC 8/12 and we received a notice dated 8/19 that our biometrics are this Thursday 9/8.

Just got our NOA / extension letter today 9/6. I was literally waiting for Mr Mailman by the door 😂

8/23 mailed packet

8/25 packet received at Phoenix Lockbox

8/31 credit card was charged with $680.00

9/6 NOA / extension letter received in the mail

We are at SRC too, sit back and enjoy the wait. You nay want to follow other couples  time line who are also SRC, that way you can see what's going on with other cases. 2022 filers only I might aid. Just a tip for you.
