Has anyone ever transferred case to another Embassy because of significant other moving and getting another job in a different country. 
 

case currently at NVC already DQ

Whats the wait times for interviews in Dubai for cr1 was DQ in May 2022. Trying to transfer case since my husband relocating for job there?

Abu Dhabi is in Jan 2022 for CR/IR. Your husband will need to be a Resident with documentation to prove it. A job offer won't do. Usually that takes 6 months of being there then t=he needs to apply.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received
