I-129F Documents question

I think your confusion is because the passport photos are required (from the instructions: You must submit one color passport-style photograph of yourself and one color passport-style photograph of the beneficiary taken within 30 days of filing this petition) but passports can also be used as proof of in-person meeting. So not technically required, but you should include copies of the passport bio page and passport stamps that corroborate that you both have met in person. Also, the petitioner can use copy of passport to establish they are a U.S. citizen.

@beloved_dingo That's what i did, i sent copies of my passport stamps ( from Ghana) , and of course the passport picture. I believe it can only help.

I am providing my passport stamp as evidence that my fiance and I met. My fiance didn't leave his country so he didn't get a stamp on his passport. My question is do I need to show a copy of his passport?

No

At the advice of my attorney, we included the two pictures with our name and DOB on the back, and all pages of both of our passports.

I was told this shows all stamps and if the beneficiary has traveled or been to the US. Yes, they could have received a new passport with no stamps, but I was following the logic at the time.

Besides, with an I-129f, what is a few extra pages???  :)
