Good morning 🌄,

Please I need response to this urgent question.  Our first packets of the 3 forms had birth certificate,  marriage certificate, passport, 1-97 etc along with each form.

Now am wondering since we are mailing

all 3 forms together, do we still have to put same evidence thrice or just one set of the evidences is sufficient in the envelope to handle all forms.

Thanks

They are 3 separate petitions so 3 separate sets of evidence since they will be all sent to different places to be processed.

Agreed. I believe I’ve seen cases where the I-864 got an RFE because the packet didn’t have a separate copy of petitioner’s evidence of US citizenship.  Assume that each I- form has a different case worker.
