DS 260 online application won’t let me sign and submit

I have reviewed the ds 260 online application we have filled it out together once I get to the sign and submit page it ask me did anyone help assist you with application? I select yes put in info and has form about selective service I click to read and ask NVC case # passport # and then something about female mutilation I click I reviewed it but still won’t let me submit application please help!!!!!! I’m doing this from my I phone

Have you tried using different browsers?  Or a different device?

I just had to go use a laptop it worked thanks
