my income was not enough in 2021 to be a main sponsor but now i have a new job and i can easily sponsor my wife.

i have a new job since april 2022 with paystubs and a letter of employment showing my annual salary is $42000 . will these work without a joint sponsor ?

It will be up to the Officer reviewing it but you probably won't need a joint sponsor based on what you posted. Where are you in the process? Did you submit the 864 with lower income along with the joint sponsor 864 already? If not I would just plan on submitting your 864 only, no joint sponsor, as your current w2 income is sufficient and if the Officer is not satisfied due to the length of employment (which can happen) you will be able to add a joint sponsor at that point.

So they asked me for proof of income 5 months ago and just to make sure i had uploaded a joint sponsor, unfortunately i uploaded the JS to the wrong page and they sent this message

but at the same time they accepted all my documents

Now im not sure if i need a joint sponsor at all because they didnt even ask for it in the first place i just uploaded it on my own.

i also had to amend last years tax returns, do you guys think i should just leave it as be since they accepted my docs or submit a new i864 with the new tax returns for last year which was $25000 as self employed.

i can add descriptions to why i added a new i864 even tho the previous one was accepted cause of amended taxes etc.
