Hello everyone!

I have been following the thread and am getting slightly concerned. We filed on 7/7/22 and got the NOA1 7/13/22. I'm seeing a lot of July filers getting their biometrics waived or getting appointment notifications by now. We did move cross country in early august and submited an address change immediately. Our case is at the Texas service center and we have not received a letter notifiying change of service center since we moved. Anyone else have a similar experience with no updates regarding biometrics?

We submitted at the beginning of August and just had our biometrics appointment today. The biometrics appointment letter was dated 1 week from the date of our NOA. We are assigned to National Benefits Center though.

I've seen posted elsewhere that if you are waiting for a bio metrics wavier or a bio metrics appointment and it has been 30 to 60 days since you have received your NOA to try submitting an e-request of Non Delivery of Notice at the following link:

I hope you hear something soon!

Hi there, I submitted mine mid-July and the only update I've gotten was about a month after, notifying that my case was transferred from CA to National Benefits Center. No peep about a biometrics.

same! It has been 60 days since I received my NOA1, still says case received. No update about biometric. Mine is at Texas center as well. I have been checking, seems like pretty normal for Texas so I am not worried for now.

Hello everyone!

I made a post back on 9/8/22 about not receiving any updates after the "Case was received" notice. Thank you to everyone who responded and shared some adviceor tips, I really appreciate it! From what I gather other people have been or still are in a similar situation of not receiving updates after "case was received". As of today we still have not received any further updates and no response to the "Non Delivery of Notice" inquiry. I am seeing some July filer's cases changing to fingerprints were taken in October which gives me hope that everything is ok and just taking more time than others. I just wanted to see if anyone else is in the same situation: filed in July and no update after "Case received" and which service centers they are in.

Our case was recived 07/11/2022 (111 days ago as of today) and is at the Texas Service Center, we did not get any notice of change of service center even after mooving from Louisiana to Oregon (and changing our address with USCIS inmmediatly). Thank you in advance!

We are in the same boat. They received our packet 07/15/22. No more updates after being notified our case was transferred to NVC last 08/10/22

Just got an update that my fingerprints were taken!

I'm having a hard time understanding your timeline as it looks like you filed for citizenship before I-751? I saw your timeline for removing conditions as approved? But it looks like you only submitted I-751 in July of 2022 - getting it approved in January would be unheard of at Potomac!

Because I filed for N400 under military spouse exemption. Just had my interview on Jan 3rd for I751 and N400 together. Both got approved on spot and waiting for the oath ceremony scheduled.

Hello, we sent my wife documents in July 2022. The only thing we got was an extension of her provisional green card (48 months) but after that it has been a silence. I have updated our new address but other than that nothing has changed. Should I be worried? my wife is not applying for citizenship yet because we are in college and money is tight at the moment.

Thanks

There's people from 2021 still waiting, I wouldn't be worried just yet. There's a reason 48 month extension letters are being sent...
