Personally, I find no reason why you would want to come to USA since the marriage seems to be somehow over.Is it worth it ? And yes , America is NOT a paradise……..( my opinion).

What is the reason she's giving? Honestly, "don't come anymore" isn't a reason. 

I am sure there is a specific reason as to why she doesn't want you to come anymore. If you caused it, I see no reason for you to fight to immigrate. If it's on her, then ethically, you can. 

 

We're only hearing your side of the story here. If you could be bold enough and honestly tell us the reason why she doesn't want you to come, then we can have a broader picture on what's best course of action. 

 

Or tell her to join VJ.

 

P.S: In your initial post, you said "she wants to go separate ways because you're coming too soon." Now it has changed to "she doesn't want me to come anymore." Honestly, who would want to divorce because their husband is coming home "earlier than planned"? Infact, she should be happy.

She does not need to claim fraud. All she has to do is call the CBP or the Embassy or both and tell them she is getting a divorce and pulling her AOS until he actually enters the US she can still pull it. 

 

Looks like she has already told the OP she is messaging the embassy. They do not always tell the beneficiary to come back and void the visa. They just need to void in and he will be flagged.

Who would have thought. People praying to be with their spouse sooner and having to go through the torture of the waiting process, and all of a sudden spouse says oh btw don't come. And to think that she helped you through the process with fees, supplying docs, affidavit of support, etc and to say don't come. Wow. My wild guess, she has a new man.

It's up to you on how you want to play this - come or not to come.

To come - means like come now before things change with the visa. lol. And then try to work things out or divorce.

Not to come- well you are still home. divorce and move on.

Did she not know about your interview date?

When was the interview? What date was your visa issued and in your hand? Does she even KNOW you were approved? ( am assuming some AP delay between interview date and visa issuance)
 

Because I can’t imagine she broke off with a short one line text …so there must have been a minimum of a few HOURS,  days of dialogue between the two of you..ALL centered on her shocking decision…

 

Most USC Petitioners that  have pulled out at the last moment say their long distance love was unfaithful..
