Has anyone learned what is the process to get a visa for Ukrainians in the US under this parole program to be able to go to Europe to visit family and then return to the US?

 

From what I read the parole stamp alone is not sufficient for leaving the US and then returning.

I 134 advanced parole and whatever the country in Europe requires.
