Yes isn’t that ironic? And yet when oil prices jumped after the Russia debacle the same USA sent a delegation to Venezuela to negotiate lifting of sanctions. What changed, doesn’t Venezuela still have the same government USA condemns? The hypocrisy is nauseating but that’s a different issue.

Thanks for your response. That is another story, certainly.

Each person applying for a tourist visa must apply separately and will be approved or denied on their own merits. Your travel history works in your favor to get another tourist visa once yours expires, but no one can tell you for sure if the applications for your husband and baby will be approved. Has your husband ever been to the US or traveled to another country before that required a visa? Has he ever been denied entry to a country? Does he have any U.S. relatives?

The only way to know for sure is to apply. If I were your husband, I would go ahead any apply for the tourist visa and see how it goes.

Thanks for your response.

No, he doesn't have any entry denied, nor he has ever been to the US, and he hasn't any relatives in the US.

He hasn't travel outside Venezuela never. We might take a trip to Spain before we apply to the US visa.

Thanks again.

Given the fact that US has granted TPS to Venezuelans, skyrocketed number of Venezuelan  asylum seekers , I do not see your entire family being granted visitor visas …more likely they may cancel your own.

I don't think so. I just went to Florida in February and everything is okay. Thanks for your response.

Forgive me, perhaps I was not clear: you are fine to go as you please on your current visa. My heads up referred to when husband and baby apply as well.

That was happening under Trump. I didn’t raise it because it’s no longer the case. Things are different under this administration.

That is not happening at this moment. Someone I know went last month to Apply for tourist visa with her kids, but it was denied. She has a valid visa and they didn't cancel it. They denied her kids because she has all her family in the US and also she stayed 6 months the last time she traveled, and even thought they didn't cancel her visa.
