I-129f approved- Medical Exam and Interview?

I think I may have made a critical error. My I-129F for my Ukranian fiance was approved and sent to Frankfurt, Germany. The I-797 says it it valid from April 21- August 21. I received it on May 24 and sent it to my fiance telling her to make her appointments. She never made the appointments and here it is July 7 because she thought we had more time than 4 months and so did I. I didn't realize until a few days ago that there is a time limit on the I-129f approval.

Now I don't know what to do. I looked at the Frankfurt Consulate website and it says that the exam has to be done by one of the doctors listed in Frankfort but as far as I can see the earliest appointment is October 13 which is two months past our I-129f expiration date. If I am understanding this correctly. Or can she get an exam anywhere in Europe or even locally in Ukraine?

I was under the assumption that they were going to send her information in order to proceed and they finally did send her a letter that she received about 3 days ago saying that she can come to Frankfort for her interview. It's just this medical exam that is causing me a problem now.

Does anyone know anything about scheduling this medical exam and where it would be acceptable if her interview is in Frankfort?

Thank you for any response.

The medical has to be done by the medical office authorized for Frankfurt Consulate. It the earliest appointment is Oct 13, book it. And email the consulate regarding the medical appointment. They will extend the validity of i129f petition beyond Aug 1 as required.

For Ukrainian visa applicants, the consulate in Frankfurt accepts visa medicals done by any Department of State-accredited clinic in the EU.  There are posts from other members with screenshots of the email from Frankfurt explicitly stating such, but I'm not able to find the thread at the moment.  Instead, here's a post from another member whose Ukrainian beneficiaries had their medical in Lithuania --
