My mom is on a family visa from Brazil and we applied for the CDC dog permit on the 9 of June. It’s now the 5 of July and we have not received anything but the confirmation e-mail. Our travel date is the 17th and I’m getting worried. There is no number I can call or anything. Any positive experiences out there?

They made changes to the CDC Dog Permit as of June 10th.  Since Brazil is a High Risk Dog Country, you may need to see if you submitted the new requirements so they will issue the Dog Permit.  

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey

When I submitted they already had the new application updated. I had all my documents, it has been 29 days and still nothing, I fly in a week. It says within 30 days.
