Hello all, I have a question

My wife will be traveling (moving :) ) to US with my stepchild. Question in section 24 on I-864, what do I select "d" or "e"? Because it says (The person listed above, does not need to

complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no

accompanying dependents), well she is traveling with a dependent, so does that mean I have to file form I-864A?

dgv,

I-864A is an agreement between a Sponsor and their Household Member that allows the to Sponsor to use the Household Member's financial resources along with their own on the I-864.

Will you be showing your wife's financial resources along with your own on your I-864?
