Hello All, 

I am a US citizen. My parents have valid visitor visa to visit me. My niece wants to visit me and stay here for vacation, visit Disney. (Her parents ) my brother n Sil are not having and not intending to apply for visa for now but they dnt have any problems if, my niece comes with her grandparents. How can we apply for her visa. She is under 14 years old.

Please if anyone have experience in applying minor visitor visa, kindly guide!

Check the US tourist visa pages for her country for specific instructions, as well as the general DS160 form (links below). If neither parent has a US visa she will be asked to go to an interview, the waiver would not apply. One of her parents can accompany her to the interview.
