Morocco E-Visa

I see starting on July 10th, Morocco will be starting e-visas for 49 countries. My question is about my passport. I got married last year but have not changed my passport to my married name since I had 4 years left before it expires. Since they will now require a e visa for entry to Morocco, is it necessary to update my passport now or am I still ok to wait for it to expire?

I was wondering if it would cause any issues getting a e visa since I don’t know what information is asked for when applying for a e-visa. My married name is updated on my social and everything else like driver’s license.

look under visa exempt

Morocco Tourist Visas can be issued via single or multiple entries and allow a maximum stay of 90 days. In addition, some countries are visa exempt, which means they do not need a visa to enter Morocco.
