This is a DIY site. There are guides top right with examples that you can follow.

You can also seek local NGOs that help with these ....or charitable organizations

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Perhaps ask one of the Lawyers who advertise on VJ?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I have filled up 3 I-485 forms and want to get them reviewed by a lawyer before I send them out. I looked for local lawyers but they are all interested in handling the entire case and not offering form review services. If I hire a lawyer for the 3 cases it will cost me a lot of money hence looking for a lawyer to just review them and let me know the corrections/issues and answer my questions.

Appreciate if anyone could provide some direction here as how I can find a lawyer for the review service. Thanks!

Platinum Immigration Service, a VJ partner, might offer some service.  You can email him and ask.

I hope this helps.  It specifically says:

Under the immigration laws of the United States, a foreign national who applies for an immigrant visa abroad, or who seeks to adjust status to a permanent resident while in the United States, is required to receive vaccinations to prevent the following diseases:

  • Mumps
  • Measles
  • Rubella
  • Polio
  • Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids
  • Pertussis
  • Haemophilus influenzae type B
  • Hepatitis B
  • COVID-19
  • Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices

Good luck

Where do you see the I-994? This is the Guide. It doesn’t mention it in any shape or form.

I would suggest you stay away from attorneys if your case is straightforward. I have seen attorneys making horrible mistakes when they take cases in full, let alone when they are hired to “review” and know nothing about you or your past.

Here it is once you click on I-485 in the top menu. Our case is straightforward but just wanted another pair of eyes to dot the i's and cross the t's. I don't want to get RFEs and delay the process.

Pretty sure I commented this a couple of posts ago when at all of the threads were unnecessarily singular.

Have you tried joining your K1 AOS month of filing thread where all of your peers are filing at the same time?

Have you tried joining the K1 AOS monthly thread a few months in a row back?

There is one every month. You just have to search them out.

You don't need a lawyer.

You need to read about the process and forms as discussed by your peers.

You won't need to ask so many basics then.

I don't about the monthly AOS thread. Can you share the link so I could join and read through the messages there?

Use the search icon at the right top of the page.

Input "Month Year AOS Filers".

I'd read through several months worth. As in search for:

"January 2022 AOS Filers"

"February 2022 AOS Filers"

Etc

Etc

Up until the current month of July.

You understand you can find information on anything including the several questions you already asked by inputting keywords into that same search icon, right?
