Three I-864 forms, one for each I-485 package

Just wondering if they needed separate I-864 forms then why is that they asked for all the people I'm sponsoring on Page 2?

At the K1/K2 visa medical, your wife and kids should have received their vaccination worksheets, either DS-3025 or DS-7794.  There should be a line in those worksheets saying something like, "Required vaccinations complete - Yes/No".  Check if their worksheets are marked complete.  If complete, then they do not need additional vaccinations for their AOS application.  If not complete, then they need to get the remaining vaccinations and have a civil surgeon fill out an I-693 form for each of them.

Yes, before the K1 visa they got only a portion of the vaccinations on the forms DS-3025 and have been told that the rest of them needed to be done during AOS. I need to schedule an appointment with a civil surgeon to get this done to get the forms I-693.

I have come across somewhere that I-485 could be filed online. Is that true? Doe sit mean that I can upload all the documents including the forms and the supporting documents online?

Here it is: https://www.immigrationhelp.org/learning-center/all-about-form-i-485-application-for-adjustment-of-status#:~:text=You can file Form I,number (a-number).

After reaching to this page click on "Where do I submit Form I-485?"

When I googled I found this so posted that question. Let me know.

That is not an official USCIS website. That is some third party site. Please read Where to file section on USCIS.gov for I-485. In fact it was provided above by @beloved_dingo:

Can you share the contact details of the immigration attorney so I could contact for reviewing my application before I submit? Thanks!

Being in Atlanta, you must have dozens of attorney's close by you can consult with. You are better off finding a local one IMHO

Best of luck

Going forward, best to find all factual and current info directly from USCIS.gov.

I have already consulted a few but all of them want to handle the entire case but do not offer I-485 form review services hence I asked you. That's fine if you are not willing to share.

This site should actually re-read what they wrote.  As everyone else has said, the I485 is paper file only, and even the link this site gives to the USCIS site shows that.  As to USCIS, I am only aware of the N400, I130 and I90 forms available for online filing.

I have filled up 3 I-485 forms and want to get them reviewed by a lawyer before I send them out. I looked for local lawyers but they are all interested in handling the entire case and not offering form review services. If I hire a lawyer for the 3 cases it will cost me a lot of money hence looking for a lawyer to just review them and let me know the corrections/issues and answer my questions.

Appreciate if anyone could provide some direction here as how I can find a lawyer for the review service. Thanks!
