Minor Questions on form i130 before sending application

Hey all, I'm wrapping up filling out the i130 application and would just like to verify some things I'm not 100% sure on. 

 

1. I was born abroad and have a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. Both of my parents were/are U.S. citizens. Did I answer the following questions correctly? (My answers are marked in bold)

                  How did you obtain US citizenship?

                  -Birth in the United States

                  -Naturalization 

                  -Parents 

 

                 Have you obtained a Certificate of Naturalization or a Certificate of Citizenship?

                 -No

 

2. I am unclear if the “How many times have you been married?” question should include my current marriage with my spouse beneficiary.

 

3. I want to make sure that I can leave responses empty if they are not applicable to me. I read that a few years ago, answers that were left blank instead of marked as N/A were considered illegitimate.

 

4. This question is more of me seeking open-ended advice rather than a yes/no answer. I’m currently living overseas with my spouse, but I return to the states every three months. I’m sure whether I should put my address in the US or here in my spouse's country as my current address. I’m thinking it could be more beneficial to include my current address in my spouse’s country since it’d be more evidence of us living together (The only evidence we are able to currently provide apart from our marriage certificate are affidavits. We haven’t had any children, our having some difficulties setting up a bank out here with me as a foreigner, and don’t have any documentation that would show we’ve been living together). On the other hand, it might be better to put my address in the states I need to receive/send anything from/to USCIS.

 

5. I’m not clear on whether I need to include a 2x2 photo for both myself and my spouse (2 photos total), or two 2x2 photos for each of us (4 photos total). The online application only gives space for a single photo for each of us, but the checklist on the instructions specifically asks for 2 photos of myself and 2 photos of my spouse. 

 

6. I'm wondering if there is a lawyer or service out there that I can pay to review my i130 application. Everything that I've seen so far seems to offer to file the application and supporting documents on behalf of the petitioner. However, this is not what I'm looking for as I'm wanting to file myself. I just would like to pay a professional to review my application for errors, then proceed to file it myself.

3 You do not need to fill all blanks.  Some you can't based on boxes you tick.  Some you can enter Not Applicable in the first blank and the rest of the section blank

4. Use your US address as your mailing address only.

5 Required only from you if spouse is not in US, but why not send for both?

Regarding question 5, I'm not sure I understand your question correctly, what do you mean why not send for both?

On the online form, the section only allows space for one image each.

By both, I mean one for each of you.  Sending 2 each is an instruction artifact more than a decade out of date.
