question before filing for I-485

I filed I-130 for my spouse 9 months ago. I have read "Step-by-Step Guide on Filing an I-130 for a Spouse Inside the US"  guide on here and it has a section about I-485 and how to file for it.
I have read online that I could have filed for I-485 and I-130 together but in some places, it said the spouse has to be in the US

So, can I file for I-485 if my spouse is not in the US? or I can only file once she gets here?

Forgive me if this question answered already. (I just need someone to tell what is correct route)

I-485 is for those who are adjusting status within the US. It doesn’t apply to consular processing. Once your spouse enters the US she will be an LPR so no need for the I-485, it’s not applicable in your situation.

Ps.you’re reading the wrong guide as that guide is for spouses who are specifically in the US.

so she will automatically get green card? can she work here before she gets green card?

It takes a few months to get the actual card.

From the CR1/IR1 guide for brining spouses to the US:

At the bottom of either a CR-1 Spouse Visa or IR-1 Spouse Visa is the following sentence, "Upon Endorsement Serves As Temporary I-551 Valid For One Year." The endorsement is a standard CBP admission stamp with applicable information written in by the officer. This allows the visa itself to act as a temporary green card before the actual green card arrives in the mail. Additionally, if your relative is a CR-1 visa holder, the green card will only be valid for two years. Within ninety days before the green card expires, you will have to file an I-751 form to remove it's conditional status.
