What options to select in the I-485 form?

I have married my fiance from Ukraine and got the SSN card for her. I'm filling the I-485 form and got confused with these questions on the form. As she already got the SSN I should select "No" for 16. For 17, I should select "Yes" or "No". I lean towards "Yes" but need confirmation. Thanks!

No to both\she already had a SS#

Thanks but was thinking. Right now her SSN says "Allowed to work with DHS authorization" and if I select "Yes" to both then will she get an updated SSN card with different language on it?

That is not done by USCIS

it will need updating directly by SS office

USCIS only applies for a card when people  do not have one

Depends...

Does her SSN have her Maiden name on it?

If yes, apply for a REPLACEMENT card in that section and it will come in her married name as that's the name you are filing AOS in. You can do that for I765 too.

See the instructions for that question which states REPLACEMENT cards can be ordered this way too.

No, after we got the marriage certificate we went and applied for her card with my last name so it's all good.

You got lucky then.

You can still apply for a replacement for it on I485 (not I765) and it come with restrictions removed.
