Any updates from those with interviews, specially CR1 or IR1?

Hi Everyone,

 

Just wondering if anyone has any updates on their CR1/IR1 cases into the New Year?

 

I've been DQ'd on 8th of Feb and just trying to get a rough idea of what sort of timeline we are looking at to get the interview.

 

Also, does the priority date of your case play into where you sit in line for an interview. Say, if there are two people with the same DQ date, does the one with an earlier priority date get the interview first?

1. My interview is next week, and I got DQ'd in October

2. The priority date is irrelevant, they're only concerned about DQ date

3. I'd recommend joining "K-1 and CR-1 VISA Process for Aussies" on Facebook,  there's a very good support network there.

Thanks Jed, good luck this week. Looks like they're currently running about a 5 month wait time from DQ to interview.
