Hi everyone!

We had an I-140 approved on the 21st of April( EB3 skilled worker consular route) , NVC did not contact us with the welcome letter since. Does anyone else experience this?

Also I was looking at EB3 timelines but found they aren't really completed ones, so can you please give me your timelines? :)

Any advices on the NVC route? Our consulate will be Budapest.

Thanks!

First thing is to call NVC and ask if they can provide a case number. They will tell you if they have or have not yet received your case from uscis.

Hi, as of May 2022 NVC disabled their phone line. We already sent an inquiry one month ago, still waiting for their answer.

Did you confirm with uscis if they sent it to NVC? There were few posts here when uscis hasn't forwarded EB cases to NVC for some reason.

Check mine. My case was EB3 skilled worker as well, going through consulate processing. There is a huge time gap between starting NVC processing and getting to the interview at the consulate because of the pandemic but it should give you an idea of the steps involved.
