My sweetheart got burned so bad last summer...and that was with him using SPF 60. However, he did go swimming in a pool and we forgot to reapply it. Aloe helped some...didnt think about the vinegar or yogurt thing. I'll have to keep that in mind. :)

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Thanks for all the tips guys....I tried the yogurt...it worked a treat Val! I woulda used the vinegar, mianishqsrose but that makes me gag. Nonetheless, thanks everyone for all the advice.

I am now officially day 6 no smoking and I feel optimistic for once that I have finally broken the hold cigs have had over me, so that's good. I am happy and haven't been moody or craving one today.

The ankle's better....but I woke up with the absolute worst backache ever. I had a spinal cord injury years ago, so while I'm not like 90 or anything, my back acts up from time to time. Got a few cysts that they want to remove, but I'm not having another surgery!!!! But I can barely stand up today, so that can't be good, hahahah. Took some pain killers & crossin my fingers.

I like to whinge about stupid chit....hangnails, sprains, etc...but I always gloss over the big stuff :P Dunno why, but that's me. Maybe I'm crazy, lol.

Again, thanks all of you......YOU ALL ROCK!!! :)

Welshie, you sound like you got a great guy over there :)

Oh, and a little hair of the dog works a treat :P:P

Ok, so it's prgressed to a hip and back pain to the point that I am not able to walk without a crutch. I can feel my whole hip is kinda crooked, and I can't stand up straight. I'm going to the doctor in the morning. I had an open house scheduled today that I was hoping I'd be ok for...and obviously I woke up not ok...so I tried to get one of my 67 fellow agents to cover it, and no one could do it :o So I had to do it!

I was walking in the backyard, and there was a buried piece of wood with RUSTY NAILS IN IT and of coure, being the ####### weekend it's been....I STEPPED ON IT. It ruined my shoe, damnit! I did have a tetanus 2 years ago, so that's all good

Then I was laying down, and trying to get up without being in pain, and I rolled a little too much and fell off the bed :blush:

...it's actually funny in a murphy's law kind of way...;)
