Timeline

How recently did you submit a joint sponsor?  This message indicates NVC has accepted whatever you submitted and that the Consular Officer will make the decision.

If you submit everything to NVC at the same time(including your joint sponsor) is it possible to still get that message or most likely no?

I submit everything to NVC at once I mean my documents, my wife documents and joint sponsor documents on 27 November 2021, we add joint sponsor from beginning bcoz my wife income requirements wasn't enough so we add joint sponsor...

Yes I submit everything to NVC at once because I knew from beginning that my petitioner income is not enough that why we add joint sponsor include everything,
