I’ve been in actively reviewing for 294 days now. Don’t think too much into it. When it goes into actively review for a second time is when you should have an approval. I’m still waiting on my approval. Been 316 days and counting

I have an IOE reciept number. How do I find the processing times?

When you fine online IOE number comes.  In the NOA1 (receipt notice) at the bottom left corner you will see your service center assigned.  That the processing time you have to check in the USCIS.gov site.  Sometime the cases gets transferred to balance the workload,  so it is better chat with Emma (online chat) to find our if it is still in the same service center or transferred.  They do not send notice when it is getting transferred.

No news whatsoever, the new USCIS tool for the processing time predicts our case will be approved in 8 months (still not sure if it's from PD or from when the tool started working, which was like 3 weeks ago).

 

Someone posted yesterday at a Facebook group that they got approved and their PD was 06/28/2022, they filed for a K3 but no expedite.

Can't stress how unfair this whole process seems at times.

Nebraska Service center who filed in June be ready. Just saw approval on PD March, 2022.

Texas Service Center, it's on a CR1 Visa group on Facebook, it's not listed on the Visa Journey timelines as far as I know.

PD is 06/09/2022, Nebraska SC and nothing happened yet. We just have that new processing time tools that says 5 month. We'll see !

June 14 filed and AR same day. Texas service center and was transferred to California service center. Filed K3 PD: July 8 and also in California service center. Patiently waiting…

 

I’ve seen a quite few approvals this week for IR1/CR1 on Facebook.  I even saw one for June, but not a single one from CSC ☹️
