Oh wow, that makes me really nervous for my submissions. I have a rental that I get 1099's for, but I didn't include that at all. I figured that my W-2 from my job is more than enough by itself, and I submitted the tax transcripts for 2019, 2020, and tax return for 2021.

I originally submitted everything June 24th and uploaded the 1099 in August. Will the later submission reset the clock for us?

From my understanding yes it will reset the clock for you

☹️☹️thanks for your response

I don't think it does, actually. I've read other people submit additional documents after the fact that doesn't reset.

What resets is if 1) they have an RFE, or 2) you remove/resubmit a key document, such as the I-864. Additional documents that are not one of the "main" ones don't.

I can't say from my direct experience, since I only submitted all things the one time and I didn't get an RFE, but that's what I've seen sometimes in other people's posts.

Wow, not bad. Congrats!

The 1099 you submitted in August, was it uploaded as an "Additional Document" or as "Required Document"?

Additional documents

Nice. Adding files under the "Additional documents" section doesn't reset your case.

Happy to see you were DQ!. Hope you get your interview appointment soon.
