Timeline

Page 2:- (19) Travel Document Number used at last arrival.

 

Page 4 and number 4 : Priority Date from Underlying Petition (if any): is this applicable to K1 and if so, where can I find it...

 

If some parts are not applicable,  do we leave them blank or put N/A. For example, same page 4, have you ever applied for an immigrant visa...  the answer is No... 

If yes, there are spaces to fill out. Should we leave them blank as it states, if you answered Yes, complete item Number 2a. -4 below. 

 

He has no middle name and we left it blank. But nolo.com states that if you leave it blank, USCIS will return the forms back to you.

please fill ur timeline

and what form that u want to fill at the moment?  i assume is i-485? 

most of the time if its not applicable, i will fill N/A

but for question like have u ever applied for an immigrant visa, u can check NO on the box with "X"

for middle name, i leave it blank. only for middle name. ignore nolo.com. uscis wont return the form back at you if u dont have middle name and leave it blank

Did you enter with a passport? If so fill in the line for passport and ignore the line for travel document number.

You 100 percent leave that blank unless you want the green card to literally list “NA” as the middle name.

K1 priority date is on the I 791 form received by USC for petition

 

it helps to know visa type and see a timeline

i had to read thru posts to see u are at NVC stage with case going or has one to embassy for K1

u have not travel document / u have not arrived in US

 

please fill in a timeline

please ID the country as Nigeria

read posts from others going thru Lagos embassy and their posts and embassy reviews by hitting the word portal above to take u to Nigeria

 

PLEASE PLEASE DO A TIMELINE
