ok I have received two I797C letters. Notice of action. one letter has my wife name birth date and country and was sent from Nebraska. The other one is for electronic filing online account and was sent from Vermont. My receipt number starts with IEO. How do I know what center is handling the case? one is a 7 month wait and the other is 15. any information is helpful thanks

Most likely Vermont.

When did you file the I-130?

I would wait until you hit the 6 month mark or wait until your case goes into "Actively Reviewing" to find out which service center you're at... the files can and do get moved around... 

But, you should prepare for about 12 months of waiting before the I-130 is approved. If it is sooner consider yourself lucky.
