I know we have to get TB tests, but I see nothing about where to submit the results.  Does anyone of any insight on this?  I called USCIS and they have escalated to Tier 2.

Now, interpreting the website, it almost is like that this is on your word based on the attestation form and there is no official channel to submit.  Just thinking here.

Anyone at all have some info on this it would be most appreciated!

We have 3 family members here!

So far this process is pretty straight forward and fast!

Very fast compared to everything else my wife/step-daughters had to endure since they arrived 8 years ago!

reading online the TB test is done here in the US within the 1st 2 weeks of arrival and this should be explained to the Ukanian coming here

info like the following for Fairfax County in VA is noted (for an example of how this is handled and who reports the findings

call the Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD) at 7ex03-246-7100 for an appointment as soon as possible

Latent TB infection (LTBI) and active TB are reportable conditions in Virginia. All providers are required to report suspected and confirmed cases of active TB to FCHD via phone at (703) 246-2433.

From what I have heard (we haven't got to this step yet) they will find a link in their USCIS accounts to note this information.
