RFE: upload and mailed in (merged)

I received an RFE in May. I went ahead and uploaded the documents and also mailed in. The RFE letter said to mail in, nothing about uploading. The upload was done one day before the tracking number for the envelope said delivered. So, on my portal it says “RFE Recieved” for the uploaded documents I uploaded. However, there is no indication (other than a FedEx tracking number) that the physical documents was delivered to USCIS. There is no upload of physical documents (same set as the documents I uploaded, just a printed version). 
 

What do you guys think I should do? It’s been more than a month. Vermont service center. Anyone with a similar experience? Advice?

if it said mail in, then i will mail in. follow uscis letter to the dot.

Hi everyone! 
I am Vermont service center with PD August 2021. I got an rfe and I submitted everything in May 2022. I uploaded both on portal and mailed it in with tracking. I uploaded first before they received the mail, and so it was changed on the status that RFE was recieved. However, it’s been over 100 days now since they receive the response. 

1. Is it okay if uploaded both online and on portal? They haven’t uploaded any of the physical package contents (I’m assuming because it matches what I uploaded?)

2. what should I do? I am sad because everyone with later PD dates are being approved.
3. if I contact USCIS, how should I do it, when, and what should I say?

 

please help  it’s already been over a year and the embassy is going to take another year.

just be patient. friend responded RFE in March 2021, no news until now. they did receive it
