I forgot to add my timeline. The reason why I didn't send it back on Feb. 2022 was because I wanted to wait if the I-751 was adjudicated first, but as noticed below, it was not so I decided to send it. I want this process to be over with :):

It's as follows:

90 day mark for submission:  Feb. 2022.

Submitted N-400: June 10th, 2022 (online).

N-400 Online Biometrics Waiver: June 10th, 2022 (literary minutes after submission).

N-400 NOA1: June 10th, 2022 (online portal) + physical copy a week after in the mail.

I-751 Pending?: Yes, submitted on March, 2021.

I-751 Transferred?: Yes,  on June 15th, 2022 -- five days after N-400 online submission.

N-400 Current Status: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

I-751 Current Status: Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

I-751 Field Office (FO): Originally, EAC but transferred to NBC on June 15th, 2022.

N-400 Field Office (FO): NYC, NY

Furthermore, I submitted a case status inquiry on June 30th, 2022 regarding my I-751 being out of normal processing time, according to their online tools. It has been 20 days since submission and I haven't received a response to this case inquiry. I'm hoping that they are taking this long because they are checking my cases and hopefully I receive an approval response on my I-751, at least. This waiting period is painful!

Good luck to all and may God help us ^_^!

Added FOs for both I-751 & N-400 for further clarity.

It's most definitely related to your recent biometrics. The system isn't instant and sometimes sends you an email a day or so after you have seen an update on your online account.

Okay, thank you for this information.

Did you check on documents? I wish I had an update. It’s been radio silence ever since I applied.

Yes, I did check documents and there is nothing new.

I live chatted today with an agent and I asked if there was any new update on my case and she said Yes, the biometrics have been completed and the interview is requested. The case is still processing and is estimated to take 13months to complete. she also said USCIS will mail you a notice informing you of where and when your scheduled interview appointment is. Please
make sure you bring your notice with you and to arrive on time to your appointment. Also, follow the instructions on the notice carefully, particularly if you are required to bring any documentation.generic response I guess. 🤷🏽‍♀️

If her removal of condition got denied, she’s out of status but you said she got her 10 year GC ?

Good morning! I'm here to seek an advise and opinions regarding my case.

-Filed September '21 for I-751, pending status. I received re-used biometrics and an extension letter.

-My N-400 can be filed starting on August 22.

-Simultaneously, my son who is immigrating from Philippines is scheduled to be interviewed in the embassy in September as IR2 category.

-I am responsible of course to pick him up and have bought a ticket to go there by end of August.

-Why so early? I am also responsible to accompany him to his medical exam, prepare all his paperwork 2 weeks before the interview and be there for his 10th birthday in August as well.

Now my question :)

If I file N-400 first week of my eligibility, how long till I get a bio letter and schedule for interview?

Plane tickets are extremely expensive and I wanted to come back with my son without having to make 2 trips, if my N400 case is updated quickly.

Since they reused your biometrics for I-751 so there are good chances that they will reuse them for your N-400 too. But, you may not want to just rely on that and take risk. You never know when can USCIS request for biometrics. I had my biometrics last year for I-751 and this year June when I filled my N-400 they requested biometrics again. I had my biometrics appointment on 07/19 and  I have an upcoming international trip on 07/28. I was lucky that I got the appointment before my travel date. If you have an international trip which you can’t avoid then I would suggest you to file N-400 once you return to the U.S. Your N-400 application submission can get few days delayed but In my opinion that will be a safest option to choose. I hope this helps.

Good points. Yes, this trip is unavoidable because no one in my family has a current US tourist visa and have not renewed since the pandemic happened. I may stay for a couple of months more at least until after my son's interview because once he's approved, it may take a maximum of 60 days before they send back his passport with his approved US visa and us traveling together ❤️

I hate that we wouldn't know the actual timeframes in USCIS processing nowadays, but I agree with you when you say it's better to be safe than sorry. I still want to spend the holidays with my parents and siblings though! Let's see. Lol. Wish me luck.

Thank you for your reply!
