@Roccio0110 I didn’t include it on my naturalization application… it was part of the evidence from my previous relationship

You submitted a picture of yourself wearing a fake military uniform as evidence for the US immigration system?????  Do you see how that might raise some questions?

@Crazy Cat it was a thread of text messages between me and my ex and the text messages even highlight me explaining to my ex what I did at the gig and how it went…and yes I see how it can be interpreted wrongly…it’s like wearing a Halloween costume it doesn’t mean it’s real..but I see the point

I wouldn't submit a picture of myself wearing a Halloween costume to USCIS.

Your interview never completed and therefore another interview will be needed for them to give a decision. 
 

Nothing clear / easy nor realistic taking the position that background checks should clear you..and your burden to disclose any / all training / deployment and operations…nor can you afford to take the high ground via attorney complaint that “ junior” officer misunderstood an innocent film extra casting text in your A file. 
You may certainly and truthfully say NO, you were never enlisted in the US armed forces, but as other VJ military members point out , Dynacorp is indeed designated as a contingency operation, and scrutiny of your background is necessary and in my opinion would have been as intense even without the  innocent film extra photo in your file. 

Your file WAS assigned to him exactly because of his experience in Afghanistan ….and rightly so. The position and course of action, I would recommend is a careful review of how you answered each and every question on the N-400, what if any clarifying explanations you offered at initial submission PLUS a reverse position on your perception of being wrongfully badgered or roughed up…in light of your ( or your attorney’s )  newfound realization/ lightbulb moment that USCIS may require additional documentation/ information/ disclosure of the exact nature of your deployment while under contract w Dynacorp ….

 

That basically means a carefully written response to all the questions/ concerns raised at the interview, offer to attend another interview and stand ready to provide USCIS with any additional evidence or factual clarification….as the real issue is not simply about switching a no to a yes, rather allowing a thorough questioning of what you did.

@Family thank you for the detailed response, yes I do believe he was assigned my case coz of his experience in the military and Afghanistan. At the interview he questioned me if I was in Bagram ( where he was) and I told him no that I was in Kandahar Airforce base southern Afghanistan while Bagram was north of the country . I explained to him how I was hired and where exactly I worked and my job title as a TCN & the officer was in disbelief and continuously rolled his eyes at every answer I gave. The officer literally doubted my phone number as there was a digit off for some reason in his records …we went back and forth for 2 minutes attempting to clarify something as simple as a phone number…in one of the N400 questions there is a part where the question asks have you ever served in the military…that’s when he asked me if I would like to change my answer from NO to YES..which I refused and he stated “I am giving you an opportunity to be honest “…he repeated that question a few times after I said no and that’s when my lawyer jumped in. 
 

Also should I wait or I can ask my lawyer to write a letter with your recommendations?

I would not offer any more information until they ask for it....anything you submit might also leave room for even more questions.  I would provide no more than exactly what they want.
