Hello everyone. I was wondering once your case gets sent to the NVC, if you have an attorney do they complete the DS-260 form for you online with the information you provide them? Or do you complete it and they go behind you and check and make sure everything is completed correctly? How does this part of the process work?

If you have the attorney, then ask the attorney to provide the details of their services.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

It was the latter for us, but I have been very hands-on in the process. The actual filling out of DS-260 is just mainly data entry, remembering addresses, so they add little value but made sure to review what I had entered.

Okay thank you for letting me know. I’m hoping my petition gets approved in the next few weeks so just trying to look ahead
