how long are bank letters and employer letters good for?

Can I use the same copy of the letters from my bank and HR dept (I have multiple orginial copies) that I used when I did support for the K3 visa?

I thought all documents had a validty date good for one year. I dont feel like chasing down my HR person again and getting a new letter (although i did get a 15% raise since my last letter was written) or having to ask the bank representative for another letter.

Is it OK to use these letters that are dated from December 2005?

Well, I got new copies and they seemed to help in our case - it meant they didn't ask for anything but those, and our last wage slips. Don't know what others have done though

What exactly do you mean by bank letter?? But in any case Dec 2005 was only couple of month ago, so it should be fine.

If you have a letter from your bank saying your account is in good standing and you hold it together, you should be fine if it's from any time when your application was submitted, I would think.
