I-864 Questions

Hello my lovely people my name is Melissa. I am the sponsor and I have a few questions.

This is the notice I got and was wondering if that number circled in orange is the Alien Registration # that I must include in the i-864

Also, part 6. #7 circled in red, I just got hired at the end of march this year, I was on unemployment before that and did very little freelancing. what annual income do I put? An average from the hire date until the end of 2022?
I am over the poverty limit for my 2021 taxes, but I wanted to know if the whole unemployment thing would be an issue. I was employed during 2019 and 2020 fyi and Did over 50k
They sent an RFE but only mentioned that there were a few deficiencies and just to send the i864 completed with the taxes and all that.

Can I include my 401k and my stocks or should I skip that?

 

Also, what is the number I get off of my 1040 taxes? line 9 or 11?

On part 11 Can I just put N/A or do I have to put my name?

Yes that’s the alien number 

 

for ur income on no 7, just count ur income per week X how many week you work in 2022 ( start when u work) . 

 

Don’t worry about being unemployed before, the most important thing u have a job now. U can’t change what happened in the past 

 

no need to includ 401 + stock if ur current income is enough. 

i look at the number of AGI ( adjusted gross income )

For your current income, part6, #7, get your employer to write you an employment verification letter that includes your annual salary, when you started work, and that is your employment will continue. And also include about 3-months of payslips or as many as you have if you are new.

 

For 1040, I downloaded the IRS tax transcript and reported BOTH the "TOTAL INCOME" and "ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME". But your RFE says you need to submit your "...COMPLETE COPY OF THE PETITIONING SPONSOR'S FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN, INCLUDING ALL SUPPORTING TAX DOCUMENTS..."
