I filed the I-129f in Texas. But he NOA 1 says the address is California

You did not file it in Texas.  You sent it to a lockbox located in Texas.

All I-129Fs are processed at the California Service Center.

Learn something every day. thank you.

Please do a bit of research about this process.  If you want to be successful, you'll need to educate yourself on the basics.

We changed my wife's in less than 2 months...

Yeah, but her daughters was set as my finace's parents being the parents. She thought she was going to die and had no money. Young person giving birth and not sure if she will live or die. So who knows. She's near GenSan and knows only lawyers. Don't know how else to do it.

Suggestions? [e-mail address removed]

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

This definitely complicates things immigration-wise.

It will take closer to two years for her to even get the visa.   I120-F alone is taking 13 months for approval.

If she flies back before the AP is approved, she will have abandoned her AOS, and you will then need to petition her for a CR-1 visa if she wants to come back.

Maybe you should have considered doing a CR-1 visa initially?

Because my Ex=wife from a decade ago, was married to me in the Philippines, I am supposedly still married to her, although I am divorced long ago in Idaho. And it will take a year or more to get the "divorce" recognized in the Philippines. Courts there take forever.

As long as you have your final divorce decree from Idaho, you do not need the divorce to be legally recognized in the Philippines to be able to start the CR1 process.  You may get married anywhere outside the Philippines, or through Utah zoom wedding while in the Philippines.

We plan on getting married when she gets here, but i have already filed the K-1 visa. I would lose money to start over. And where would I be able to get married outside of the RP?
