My gf file for a K1 visa for me in Oct 2021, We have been together for 8 years . I started  a new job with Exxon  as  an Engineer and My new job requires me to travel to the USA for business. My job is sponsoring me to get my business Visa so I can attend to business affiliated duties in the USA when need be. My question is , would applying for the business visa impact the petition my fiancé submitted?

If there is any impact, it would be the other way around.  I assume you are referring to your company applying for a B1 visa, so that could be impacted by an I129F submitted by your fiancé.

Good Luck!

I do not think there is any problem in filing a fiance visa and then overlap filing a business visa per se. Similar to how others have concurrently filed fiance visa and tourist visa.

But the impact may be on how you answer some forms later on like in the DS-160, "Have you ever been in the US?" or "Have you ever been issued a US visa?" Or there may be questions in the business visa application like if you have applied for US visa before? To further complicate things, the forms themselves change over time. And I would definitely make as many sides notes in the application themselves that you filed other visa application and when like in the I-129F, Part8. In other threads, we've seen that the DS-160 is linked to your passport so the process can get confusing which may require contacting the consulate/embassy to clarify things.

You just need to be very organized in keeping track of your filings and keep in mind when the USCIS/DOS see your filings and what information you have filed so that if there is a problem, you can track it down and properly communicate to the right people. Any inconsistency in your filings may be an impact on the visa approval.

I assume you mean the B1 business visitor visa.  When you fill out the DS-160 application form for the B1, make sure to disclose in the Family section that you have a fiancee in the US.  The DS-160 explicitly states that fiance/fiancee is considered an immediate relative.  Not doing so could be taken as an attempt to misrepresent your strong ties to the US, which could then jeopardize your K1 process.

Sponsorship for a B visa?   This is not a thing.
