What about it specifically don't you like though, since I have always dreamt of living there.?

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

06.27.2007 - Visa In Hand.. Alhamdulillah!

07.13.2007 - Husband arrives in the US!!! alhamdulillah ..yup.. thats right Friday the 13th!!

07.24.2007 - Mailed in AOS & EAD together to Chicago

Jess I pray that you have a great flight to your new country and rejoice in the arms of your husband. I really see you as a very strong lady that doesn't let lifes speed bumps get in your way, you have always managed to get over or around them and keep your chin up. Very inspirational for me, Thanks!

For those having a very bad day, just remeber you can start it over anytime you want, or try and remember that someone is always in a worse spot then you so life isn't so bad. SOmetime you just have to have a f'ed day so that you can apprecaite the good one's.

Dec 13, 2006 Recieved Package from Amman Embassy for K3 Intreview date Aug. 15,2007

Mar 05,2007 Embassy called interview scheduled for March 19th

Mar 19, 2007 Interview for K3- AP

May 20, 2007 Embassy called for Hasan to send in his passport!!!

May 24, 2007 Recieved Interview date of June 5th for CR1?

June 05, 2007 Interviewed and she said he was approved, kept passport and said will recieve in 4 days.

June 12, 2007 VISA IN HAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

June 21, 2007 Hasan arrived in the USA and so very happy!

July 06, 2007 SSN in hand

July 25, 2007 Green Card in Hand!

okay... example on my day.. SO now... I am very very tired... SO i give in and walk to Dunkin BlowNuts and get an Iced Coffee...

I tell the girl what I want.. She pivets around and whispers something to the other girl.. then turns back and was like "anything else?" Ahhhhhhhhhh.. NO? looking at her with my eyebrows raised

do I have something in my teeth?? snot hanging out my nose?? what......!

then I take my coffee.. walking back to work.. and I see this lady standing at the bus stop.. she walks out towards me..

"Are you muslim?" (mind you.. I'm in a full length skirt, long tunic top and Hijab wrapped around my head)

"Um... Yes?"

"Oh.. From where in the world??"

"Here.. America"

"Mmmm" then she turns around back towards the bus :blink:

is Fing TOOL written on my forehead???

Is there a full moon coming???

#######...

nevermind that I think something crawled up my husbands A$$ last night and cant find its way out..

Could you imagine being so lame that you would go around asking people in hijab if they were Muslim? :wacko:

honestly... you have NO idea how often it happens..

One time i was in a pissy mood.. I responded.. "No.. I just wear it for fun" :rolleyes:
