Not sure if I am posting in the right place...but was wondering the following:

I am a USC, with my husband on a K3 visa. If I want my inlaws to come visit (not to permanently immigrate), can I sponser them or does my husband have to do the sponsering?

They apply for a B2 at their local consulate.

Sponsorship is not part of the process unless they can not cover the cost themselves. Somepeople supply an I134 in these circumstances, it is not legally enforceable.

There main issue will be substantiating non immigrant intent, and that is very much an individual situation.
