What date does NVC provide interview, 1st of month or the 15th?

As the Title states, when does the NVC send out an interview date?

I've heard some folks say the 15th of each month, others the beginning of each month. Is there a consistency with them, or do they send out the interview date whenever?

Thank you for your help!

Whenever....the relevant factor is the length of the queue after DQ.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Depends on the consulate. I would check the immigration timelines for Peru and see how long DQ to interview usually is...

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?op6=All&op66=All&op7=Peru&op1=3&op2=&dfile=No&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5%2C6%2C8%2C10%2C11%2C13%2C14%2C15%2C16%2C17%2C18%2C20%2C21%2C22%2C25%2C26%2C27%2C28%2C108%2C110%2C111%2C208%2C210%2C211&cfl=0

I wouldn't worry about when the interview date is sent out. My embassy was sending interview letters out 3rd of week of the month, then fourth, then first, and then fourth. No consistency. BUT, I've seen interviews usually happen 2 months after DQ...

2 months after DQ...WAS...very common before COVID, and is common again for some Consulates.  What actually happens is that Consulate provide NVC with open interview dates, then NVC distributes those interview slots according to their queue for that Consulate.  Consulates have policies and procedures for when they release their dates, but the are not all the same.  NVC sends interview letters to people every day they are at work.

Since COVID there's no set time. Like today Nigeria set out IL's. They haven;t sent out interviews for last 2 months. So it's whenever Like @Jeanne Adil said.
