If someone was granted a SSN in the past (valid for work only with DHS authorization) on a K1, later immigrated back to their own country and got re-engaged with someone else and received a new K1 visa: is their SSN still valid or do they need to re-apply?

Legally you are permitted only one SSN.  No need to reapply, the original SSN is still valid, and if you get a second it’s a bureaucratic mess.

Also if you have an SSN, and on your I-485 you say don’t have one, that is perjury.

Reapply for what? Social Security numbers are for life, you can only change your social security number for extremely rare cases like entering the witness protection program.

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!
