Hi guys i received request evidence for my wife spouse visa it that letter from USCIS stated include duplicate copies if you requesting consular notification? What that mean? Can anyone help?

Please actually quote the letter, enough to provide context. Makes no sense that USCIS would mention "consular notification".

the letter did say something and a member above asked you to show us so we can better help. Otherwise it’s very hard to give any advice.
