My wife's 3 year date is Oct 31, 2022. The filing calculator for early application is August 2, 2022. She visited the Philippines from March 20 to April 20, 2022. Does this in any way affect the date she can submit the N400? Thanks as always....B.

So she was out of the US for a month in the 3 year period?  If that is correct, it is not an issue.  The early filing date is the 3 year anniversary of the "residence since date" on the GC less 90 days.  If filing online, it is suggested not to file immediately, but wait a day or two as the USCIS IT system is finicky sometimes.

Good Luck!

no if she's only visiting for a month, i assume she never stay more than 6 months ( 180 days) a year since she become permanent resident

i will add extra 1 week buffer from the earliest u can apply n-400. so august 2 + 6 = august 8, but that just me

Does the same rule apply for those traveling on a conditional green card during the AOS period?

My wifes travel was on her conditional GC. Her 751 is still being processed. I wouldn't think it would matter. I'm sure someone will come along and correct me if I am wrong)))
