My bf (petitioner) has 2 cases (a DUI and a dismissed case-nothing bad, just to clarify lol-), one from 14 years ago and the another one 10 years ago....I have been thinking that may could be the reason my case is taking longer (we included his DOJ criminal background with the petition so they could see everything)...but some June filers also have criminal background and they already got approved....so Idk what can be happening with my case

Everything is getting pretty hard for me mentally by this point

After 4 years of long distance relationship I just want to have my own life with my bf

I am the beneficiary and I have nothing, no blemishes whatsoever, my case still pending. I have a friend that had to wait much longer than most for his approval, also no issues just USCIS taking their time.

Don't hate me for saying this but in my humble opinion USCIS just doesn't have a good process in place, that's why we have cases from many months before June pending, hundreds of June cases still pending, and they're working and even focusing on July these days. We can come up with theories but I won't do that.

Again, just my opinion, but if you haven't done anything crazy in the past, anything that will cause your case to be denied, you'll just get approved eventually either directly or after an RFE etc. I doubt even USCIS knows when, just need to be patient!

I (beneficiary) have nothing neither! Just my bf has those 2 cases, he is 37 years old right now and the DUI was from 10 years ago and the dismissed case from 14 years ago

Yeah they are focus on July right now but also working on June and previous months

It just hurts they take so long with some cases for no reason 😔

Not sure how I missed that, sorry I meant to say I am the petitioner, not the beneficiary.

Hi everyone! My fiancé (UK) and I have been checking this thread every single day religiously. I am so happy to report that we received an approval for NOA2 yesterday, July 17! 🥳We are group 95000.

Like many of you, we were giving up hope and feeling so left behind. Wishing good luck and quick action to you all. I know it seems so hard, but your approval is on the way!

I feel you. We are the same time filers. I know how hard it is to wait to be together with your loved one.. 100 percent.

What helps me to stay positive is to focus on the goal ahead. Not so much on right now.

And being grateful. Gratitude for my loved one helps me to stay grounded. Regardless of what everyone else is doing....I am thankful to have my loved one and I know we'll be together.

At the time of filing it was a 13 month minimum wait. We have not yet even reached the 13 month threshold. Sometimes it's earlier, sometimes it's later.

Also I try to remember, fear is belief that something is going to happen. And, faith is belief that something is going to happen.

I have to CHOOSE have faith and believe that something good is going to happen!

Last but not least, NEVER give up! Those who quit never get the prize of finishing the race! Your future self will thank you 😊

Thank you guys for your kind words, I appreciate it❤️

I always try to remain positive and thinking that it will soon happen but it's really hard sometimes...I also suffer from anxiety so it's more difficult for me to handle my emotions...but I'm trying my best thougth

I just cannot wait for end this journey and be living with my bf...4 years of distance relationship... it's hard and I know you all understand how hard it is

Praying the 21% remaining June filers (including myself) get good news soon

today we got RFE (noa1 june 28, range 98500). it's so sad, I don't see my bf after filing and now this... and who knows how much months before approve after ours answer, it's disappointed 😭

problem in the court's decision to divorce the petitioner (Polish and USA citizenship). his divorce was in Poland, he was in the United States, she filed for divorce in Poland. uscis wants proof that the ex-wife lived in Poland at the time of the divorce or they do not recognize the divorce court decision. (with this court decision my bf got citizenshiр almost 2 years ago). we have time until october. 😳  this is a very unexpected twist.

we have a problem with proof of her residence at the time of the divorce. Many years have passed and they do not communicate. in my Facebook group advise me a lawyer. I'll post if we can get something done. or vice versa

Thank you so much for doing this. If it's not too much trouble, is there any chance you can add another column to the spreadsheet with Untouched %? Similar to what you have for Pending % but with RFEs stripped out. In other words, E/G rather than (E+D)/G. Would be interesting to see what that looks like for each range.
