I understand the feeling completely, been there. But June is still the one getting the most approvals right now and it's only about 50% completed, there are still 1500 cases untouched. Don't give up hope now. Remember if USCIS had not sped up processing lately, June would only begin to see approvals in September, October. It's coming!

Yeah I just really pray I wont be left behind for that long...Im a 27 JUNE filer...my range has barely being touched so Im scared...I wish everyday to get approved or rfe before the 400 days mark

hopefully, not holding my breath though, June 23 and still nothing. July people getting approvals. not sure what system they have. I hope i dont get left behind. my sister applied in may of 2022 for her fiancee too, shes still waiting. the whole process is unfair. not to be pessimistic but not anticipating anything at this point. that way I dont get disappointed

My NOA1 was also on 6/23, 97000 range which is the range with the least activity unfortunately.

Are you in the same range?

Let's be honest, it does feel very random and unfair but hopefully soon we'll get some relief.

Who knows, yes 97000 and 98500 are probably the worst ranges to be in now, but other ranges have plenty of pending cases and maybe our ranges will start moving even faster than the rest. It's the randomness that's quite frustrating, who knows how they handle these batches.

Simply put, they don't have a good system in place, FIFO would be nice.

Anyway I've complained enough, on a positive note who expected to look at a 12-14 month turn around for K1  at USCIS last year? Heck I remember thinking 18 months if we're lucky.

Exactly! I have been just trying to stay positive and stay focused on other things so the waiting does not bother me 😁

I also think the 4 of July made everything more slow for this week...maybe some officers went into vacations bcs they did not even processed 300 cases since Monday

I am sure! They need a vacation too. I am sure they are tired of processing all of these cases, just as much as we are tired of waiting for an update 😂

Very frustrating. The approvals around us happened about 10 days go. No real action since the first.
