problem in the court's decision to divorce the petitioner (Polish and USA citizenship). his divorce was in Poland, he was in the United States, she filed for divorce in Poland. uscis wants proof that the ex-wife lived in Poland at the time of the divorce or they do not recognize the divorce court decision. (with this court decision my bf got citizenshiр almost 2 years ago). we have time until october. 😳  this is a very unexpected twist.

we have a problem with proof of her residence at the time of the divorce. Many years have passed and they do not communicate. in my Facebook group advise me a lawyer. I'll post if we can get something done. or vice versa

Consider creating a new thread with this information so other people can provide some answers/advice even though this feels like it’s kinda out of the DIY realm. But maybe other people would have more information for you.
good luck with everything

Thank you so much for doing this. If it's not too much trouble, is there any chance you can add another column to the spreadsheet with Untouched %? Similar to what you have for Pending % but with RFEs stripped out. In other words, E/G rather than (E+D)/G. Would be interesting to see what that looks like for each range.

Done! You can check at it

This is great info!! thank you.

Is there a similar list to track the reason of the RFEs?

I found this list on the forums somewhere (don't remember now) but it hasn't been maintained in a while

We got approved just like an hour ago. So happy.

I checked the USCIS site a few hours ago and the status was the old one. Disappointed, I started browsing on visajourney and especially this forum page. I was very much happy to see the google spreadsheet from @Elays and then I found the 'Case Tracker' app. As soon as I entered my case number, it showed approved. I couldn't believe it. It seemed too good to be true. Then I checked USCIS site and sure enough...it was approved.

Wishing everyone all the best. Keep faith and patience. Go out for a walk, get some fresh air. It will happen.

I know it is easier said than done, but it will happen for all.
