We mailed our application yesterday. Supposed to arrive Texas tomorrow. 
 

Here we go again. I did this once, 15 years ago. Things happen. I’m  trying again. Thailand last time. Philippines this time. 
 

I copied the first post from another thread, I hope that is ok.

USPS tracking tells me the parcel is available for pickup. I am assuming this means it’s in the PO Box.

Just received email confirmation. Uncle Sam has our application. Ok. First step complete.

I mailed my I-129F out 06/08/2022

Package delivered by UPS 06/10/2022

 

Today, 06/13/2022 The $535 charge just hit my credit card.

 

Now patiently waiting my NOA1. Will I receive that through mail/text/email?

 

For reference I am US Petitioner, petitioning for my Mexican beneficiary.

They will mail you for sure, but the text will most likely come first! It was like that for us.

Yup just got my text today! Looks like mine will be processed at California service center sin WAC were first 3 letters. Interesting be cause I heard Kentucky petitioners get processed at Texas service center.

Same here. WAC. Sigh. A little disappointing since some other service centers are touting 6 months or less processing time.

 

At the same time, I have read that all I-129f are processed in California.

@madmanmike @TUC Yeah all of the i-129F forms are processed in California, except if the US citizen has a criminal background it gets forwarded to Vermont.
